• Date and time of the event you are organising
• Contact details to confirm attendance
• Location of and directions to the event (perhaps with links to map informatioN)
• Any other information attendees will need

To bring with you

Everyone (including notaries) whose identity is asserted must bring with them a valid photo-identity document (e.g. passport) and one copy for each assertion that will be made. (Refer to the "instructions" to get the exact number of assertions).

In addition: if the National Identity Code (NIC) used by the Thawte Web of Trust System (2^nd column of the "Matrix") is based on something different than your ID document, bring this document and sufficient copies as well.

Example: Person 1, whose identity will be asserted 7 times according to the "Matrix@quot;, will bring with them their passport plus 7 copies, but since their Thawte ID is based on an expired international drivers license, they will bring this and 7 copies with them too.
